Terms and Conditions for Digital Merchant Onboarding

These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern the process of DMO-DIY platform for the payment services offered by Magnati – Sole Proprietorship L.L.C. By participating in this digital onboarding process, you (“Merchant or User) agree to abide by these T&Cs. Following your online journey hereafter, the All-Channel Merchants Agreement (the “Agreement”) will govern your use of Magnati’s payment services.

1. Getting onboarded in 15 minutes – Please be advised that the estimated onboarding time for Merchants may vary depending on factors such as:

a. Document preparation and eligibility: User to keep all necessary documents ready for upload during the onboarding process. Requested documents are required to ensure the Merchant meets the criteria specified by Magnati, including but not limited to providing accurate and verifiable business information.

b. Internet access: User must have continued access to the internet to complete the form journey in one session.

c. Payment completion: User is required to successfully complete payment during the journey.

d. Liveliness check and digital signature: User must complete a liveliness check and provide a digital signature in the same session of the form flow journey.

 

2. Access to digital payments within hours: Access to payments within hours would depend upon below factors:

a. Receiving the application within Working Hours: 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday, as we are unable to complete applications outside of working hours, on public holidays and weekends.

b. Approval Timeline: The Merchant will be granted same day access to digital payments, contingent upon submission of all required proofs and documentation for successful authorisations, with no further information necessary.

    • Product wise access to payments:
      1. Link-Based Payment: Upon completion of the onboarding process and post- approval, the Merchants can start using the services instantly and start accepting payments on the same day
      2. E-commerce: Upon completion of the onboarding process and post approval, the Merchant can complete the self-integration basis on the document shared with the Merchant on email post which Merchant can begin accepting payments on the same day.
      3. Point of Sale (POS) Merchants: Considering approval is obtained on the same working day, POS Merchants will receive the necessary equipment within a maximum of seventy-two (72) hours.

3.General Terms of Compliance:
The Merchant acknowledges and agrees that:

a. It shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations and industry standards and use the payment services for lawful purposes only.

b. It shall provide accurate and up-to-date information during the digital onboarding process.

c. It shall safeguard login credentials and maintain security of the account.

d. Magnati reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform.

e. Magnati collects and processes personal and business data of the Merchant in accordance with its Privacy Policy accessible on its official website. By participating in the DMO process, the Merchant consents to the collection, use, and disclosure of their data as described in the Privacy Policy.

f. Magnati reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Merchant’s account and access to payment services at any time for a violation of these T&Cs, the Agreement, or any applicable laws or regulations.
